B&B:Rate Price includes room, hot springs facilities, snacks (fruit, coffee, cookies, etc), full breakfast, and gratuities. Sales tax = 6.6%
B&B Rates: Single $75 (with dinner $100) Double $95 (with dinner $145)
Kids 8-13 are charged 75% of the adult rate, ages 3-7 are 50%. Dinner is by reservation only. Waunita is our home, consequently all rooms are non-smoking. Also, we prefer a no alcohol ranch but will allow BYOB in your room or with dinner, in moderation. (Bed and Breakfast guests only) Please no alcohol in the common rooms or hot spring facilities.
